They are environmentally friendly pre-impregnated decorative papers that are suitable for various panel (chipboard, MDF, plywood, etc.) lamination and profile wrapping, stain and dirt resistant, and provide tape resistant finishing.
What is Finish Foil?
Technical
The decor and colors are gravure printed on special papers (40 – 100 g/m²) with environmentally friendly printing inks (water-based, free of heavy metals). Impregnated or post-impregnated product versions containing different resin types and special varnishes can be used for many different applications.
Finish Foil Door Features
The door frame is created from posts obtained from fir or pine trees. The inner part of the created door frame is supported with filler honeycombs and spars in order to increase the durability of the door leaf. It turns into a 42 mm thick door leaf by pressing 4 mm and 6 mm thick MDF surfaces covered with decorative paper onto the door frame.
Door Frame
- It is made by covering decorative paper on 36 mm thick MDF.
Door Sill
- It can be made with 8-10-12-14-16-18 mm MDF, as well as 8-10 cm wide, plain, patterned or curved. It is made by covering decorative paper in the same way as the door frame.
